Pattern for the motorcycle front wheels usable in a medium hard up to soft terrain. This pattern guarantees excellent running properties and self-cleaning abilities.. Approved for the traffic on land communications according to DOT and EN, 80 % terrain, 20 % roads and for Enduro FIM. Red Band Tyre is for general Motocross use, Yellow Band Tyre for Enduro (softer compound) and Green Band Tyre is the Special Light.
Mitas makes 3 versions of the C-19 Eagle tire. These tires have the same tread pattern but differ in the weight and compound used.
Red Stripe: Motocross type tire, standard compound; 3 textile ply layers.
Yellow Stripe: Enduro tread compound, softer than the Red Stripe; 4 textile ply layers; suitable for a wider range of terrain.
Green Stripe: Special tread compound with Kevlar nano-fibers; suitable for extreme enduro; lighter carcass (1 textile ply less) than the Yellow Stripe; excellent grip on hard terrain.
