Motorace ships in Cyprus using local Courier Services to ensure Fast & Safe shipping at reasonable prices. If you wish to have your goods delivered to any other country please contact us.
98% of our products are dispatched on the same day. However, small delays may occur due to stock availability. In such a case, our customer support will contact you to further inform you accordingly. Delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes on any of our delivery services. Small items may be delivered by registered post.

Returns & Replacements
Motorace always wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases which is why we sell only Branded New products. All orders are checked carefully before dispatch to eliminate the possibility of an error.
If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have dispatched goods, you must contact us within 24 hours after a Successful Order Placement and Payment. If your order has not been sent, it will be canceled and you will be refunded in full within 7 working days. We accept Returns or exchanges only for products that do not meet the description or are not the actual specified product as advertised for sale. You can also require a refund for faulty/wrong goods. You can request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. If a mistake has been made please contact us immediately to authorise the return. Please DO NOT MAIL US THE ITEM BACK UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED US AND YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED. In case the order dispatched includes product(s) other than those specified in the order you have submitted then a full refund will be provided or the correct item(s) will be sent without any additional charge. Refunds will be made within 30 days. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or refund any item, that has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us. All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk unless otherwise stated. Please feel free to contact us should you require further clarification or assistance.

To ensure your protection and deter fraudulent activity, all orders must pass through our verification process. To help minimize delays please review the following before order checkout: The billing name, address, and zip code used must match what your credit card company has on file for you. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address please contact your credit card company and add the shipping address as an alternate address on your account. Orders that are shipped to the billing address tend to process faster.
Viewing Orders
Motorace makes it easy to check the status of your order! Just visit your online account, or contact us via phone or email to check the status. To login into your account, use your email and password and click on the tab My Account to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, the order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
Updating Account Information
Login to your account by using your username and password. Click on the tab My Account which can be found on the Home page on the top right of the page and proceed with updating your details.
