The transparent Shark VZ160/VZ165 visor is a standard feature on Shark Skwal (2), D-Skwal (2), Spartan, or Spartan Carbon helmets. To prevent fogging, use the Pinlock film included with the visor. Cleaning the visor is simple with S100 visor cleaner.
A new visor maintains its water-repellent properties, allowing water to bead off. Over time, this effect may diminish, but it can be restored by applying Rain-X. If water begins to seep into your Shark Spartan or Spartan Carbon helmet, adjusting the visor's position can improve the seal and waterproofing.
