EVO DUAL ZONE are Professional Tyre Warmers, made of Nomex fabric, both internally and externally.
Each Tyre Warmer is managed by a control unit and can be adjusted independently, allowing to reach a temperature of 120 ° C uniformly over the surface of the tyre.
DUAL ZONE: if you try to heat up an object from the inside, the heat will be distributed first up and then down, this also happens on the rim. Thermal Technology has developed the first TWO ZONE Tyre Warmer. Inside every tyre warmer there are two separate tyre warmers, two halfs, at the bottom/top of these two halfs there are two sensors which are connected to the control unit which manages the entire tyre warmer, therefore there will be no temperature difference along the tyre surface. The lower part of the tire will always reach the same temperature as the upper side.
EVO DUAL ZONE are the only Tyre Warmers that use this technology, which is the same as the one used from official SBK and MotoGP teams.
Main Features
- SAME TIRE WARMERS USED IN SBK AND MOTOGP
- Electric Layout: the PRO heating track is linear along the tyre warmer center (longitudinal layout) and wave on each side (transversal layout), therefore the more you hit the shoulder the more the rim will be heated also, reaching an uniform temperature all over the tire.
- The Carbon Fiber heating technology layout is the same for all the production, from the less expensive Premium to the Motogp, the inner element is always the carbon fiber. A warm rim will not let temperature drop off while you enter the track.
